The History of Harvest Moon
The core of Harvest Moon have been church musicians together since 1989; hence, our alias, "Saints Alive!". One night, long ago, following a reherasal for our church music, Don started playing a Beatles lick. One of us started singing and another started harmonizing. The rest is, as they say, history. We used to play with guitars and microphones connected to a boom box. Now we need vans and SUV's to haul our guitars and sound equipment around the metro. We have a great time making music together, whether it is church music or contemporary music. And we love it when you come and listen too!
